Kabbalah Software Downloadable Software Refund
Policy
Downloadable Software:
To obtain a refund on a product that was delivered to you by
online download, you must adhere to the following guidelines.
- All returns for downloaded software must be pre-authorized
by Kabbalah Software Inc. (Kabbalah Software) as described
below. Your right to obtain a refund for downloaded software
lasts only for a limited time. Your request for a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (described below) must be made to Kabbalah
Software within 30 days of the date Kabbalah Software made
the software available to you for download (the "Purchase
Date"), and Kabbalah Software must receive, at its offices,
your fully completed and signed Affidavit of Software Destruction
within 35 days of the Purchase Date. No refund will be made
until the Affidavit has been received by Kabbalah Software,
or if the time requirements described above are not met. Kabbalah
Software is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail,
delays for downloading, or other communication system delays.
- Products not purchased directly from Kabbalah Software
must be returned to the place of purchase (Web store, etc.)
and are subject to the return policies of the place of purchase.
- To receive a refund for downloaded software purchases from
Kabbalah Software, you must obtain from Kabbalah Software
an Affidavit of Software Destruction (described below), and
complete and return the Affidavit to Kabbalah Software. No
credit will be issued for incomplete or non-Kabbalah Software
component returns. You must also destroy all copies of the
software you may have made or stored in any place, as well
as uninstall the software from any computers owned or controlled
by you where you have installed the software. Once you have
returned the Affidavit of Software Destruction to Kabbalah
Software, all licenses you may have to use the software will
be immediately terminated, and any further use of the software
will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual
property rights.
- All Affidavits of Software Destruction must have a Return
Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by Kabbalah
Software clearly displayed on the form. To receive a RMA #,
email Kabbalah Software at returns@kabsoft.com
. You must provide sufficient information for Kabbalah Software
to be able to identify your transaction, such as the Kabbalah
Software order number and/or invoice number and/or date of
transaction given to you when the download was ordered. If
Kabbalah Software is able to identify your order, and the
request is made within the timeframe discussed above, you
will be given a RMA # as well as a copy of the Affidavit of
Software Destruction ready for completion and return to Kabbalah
Software.
- Kabbalah Software will refund the purchase price only if
there is a technical problem with the software that cannot
be resolved within 48 hours of the customer request.
- When making your request for an RMA, please provide Kabbalah
Software with your e-mail address if you can receive and print
a document in Adobe Acrobat® (or ".pdf") format.
If you are not able to receive the form by e-mail in a .pdf
format, you must also provide us with a fax number or mailing
address to receive the form. Remember, no matter how you choose
to receive and/or return the form, you are still responsible
for meeting the limited time rule discussed above. You must
fill out any missing information on the Affidavit of Software
Destruction, sign and date the Affidavit, and return it to
Kabbalah Software as instructed on the form.
- When Kabbalah Software receives your properly completed
and signed Affidavit of Software Destruction within the timeframe
discussed above, Kabbalah Software will provide a refund to
you of the amount you paid for the software plus refund any
appropriate taxes charged with that order. Refunds will be
made in the same manner as you purchased the product. If you
purchased by check, Kabbalah Software will send you a check,
so please be sure we have your mailing address. If you purchased
by credit card, your credit card account will be credited.
If you purchased by company purchase order, your account will
be credited.
Kabbalah Software Tangible Product Refund
Policy
To obtain a refund on a boxed product that was
delivered to you, you must adhere to the following guidelines.

All returns must be pre-authorized by Kabbalah
Software Software, Inc. Refunds will not be made on unauthorized
returns.

Product not purchased directly from Kabbalah
Software must be returned to the place of purchase and is
subject to the return policies of the place of purchase.

Returned products must be complete of ALL
components (CD, manuals, software carton, etc.) that comprised
the original shipment. No credit will be issued for incomplete
or non-Kabbalah Software product / component returns.

Returns in the United States must be received
by Kabbalah Software within 35 days after the date Kabbalah
Software ships the product. Returns for shipments from Kabbalah
Software to locations outside the United States must be received
by Kabbalah Software within 60 days after the date Kabbalah
Software ships the product.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise
Authorization # (RMA) clearly displayed on the outside of
the return package. To receive an RMA, contact Kabbalah Software,
Inc. at returns@KabSoft.com.
You will be given the RMA # and the address for the return.

Kabbalah Software suggests that you return
the package with a carrier that has a reliable tracking system
as Kabbalah Software will not make a refund until it receives
the package.

Upon receipt of an authorized return, Kabbalah
Software will provide a refund to you, less shipping and handling
charges, which will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made in the same manner
as the product was originally purchased. If you purchased
by check, Kabbalah Software will send you a check. If you
purchased by credit card, your account will be credited. If
by purchase order (for pre-approved accounts), your account
will be credited. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for your refund
to appear on your account or to receive a check by mail.

Multi-user Licenses:
Kabbalah Software cannot accept returns for credit on multi-user
licenses once the product has shipped.
